I need help opening a workout

You need to allow pop-ups from this site to be able to view the workouts.

What do I need to use the workouts?

All users of the FT Adviser Gym will need Flash 8. There are 2 boxes below. You will all be able to see the yellow ball bouncing clearly in the right hand box. However if you cannot see a yellow ball bouncing in the left-hand box it suggests that you are not able to view all the Flash 8 functionality (the ball on the left-hand box may be surrounded by a grey box - this is ok) - so please contact your IT department if you do not have administer rights to your computer or download and install the latest version of Flash.
